What happens when your trial ends
Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to the free view-only plan — you keep your data, saved analyses, and projects, and you can upgrade any time to resume AI-assisted work. The same applies if you cancel a paid plan.

Starter is $20/user/month and Pro is $100/user/month, billed monthly with no annual commitment. Starter is self-serve; for Pro, get in touch and we’ll set your team up, then bill your card monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page at any time. Teams of 10 or more, and any institutional purchase, are handled as Enterprise with custom pricing — contact sales for a quote.
Yes. For team and institutional purchases we issue an order form and invoice, which the project lead or department signs — no credit card needed. Annual billing is available on these plans. Contact us to start.
YuiResearch runs on top of those models rather than replacing them. What it adds is the workflow around them — pre-specified statistical steps, validated output, a data catalog, PHI verification on every upload, and exportable R and Python code — so a result arrives with the steps behind it, ready for a reviewer to check. Enterprise deployments can run on the enterprise AI subscription your institution has already approved.
You’re never charged automatically — we don’t ask for a credit card to start. After 30 days your account moves to the Free plan, which is view-only. Your data, saved analyses, and projects remain intact. Upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time to resume AI-assisted work.
Yes. There’s no annual commitment on Starter or Pro. Cancel from your account page anytime — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the Free (view-only) state.
YuiResearch runs in a HIPAA-enabled, PHI-safe-by-design environment on every plan, and every upload goes through PHI Verification. A signed Business Associate Agreement is required only when your work involves PHI, and it is signed at the institution level rather than by an individual researcher — we’ll flag it and walk your institution through it. Many research projects use de-identified or non-PHI data and need no BAA. Enterprise customers additionally get deployment inside their own environment, SSO, and the option to run on the LLM subscription their institution has already approved.
